- A registered company with a BRN, two years of accounts, turnover from Rs 12M and staff on payroll.
- Clinical, diagnostic, pharmacy or care operations delivered by employed and registered practitioners.
- Registrations held by the company, and a clinical team that continues after the owner leaves.
What does not belong here
A single practitioner's practice with no payroll, or premises and equipment sold without the company. Neither clears the criteria, and the reason is the criteria alone.
What to ask beyond the admission check
- Every registration and permit, the authority behind it, and the effect of a change of shareholder.
- Which practitioners are employed, which are registered to the company, and which will stay.
- Insurer and scheme arrangements, and how much turnover depends on one of them.
- Equipment age and service contracts, and any open clinical claim.
