Sell your company, without a cut of the sale
Blue Mango lists share deals in established Mauritian SMEs. Read the bar first: it is written so you can fail it in 30 seconds rather than waste a week.
The admission criteria
- A registered company — With a BRN we can find in the public registry.
- Two years of accounts — Accountant-prepared or audited. Drafts do not clear it.
- Turnover from Rs 12M — Last full financial year, from trading.
- Staff on payroll — Employees, not only the owner and a contractor or two.
- Operations that continue without the owner — The company keeps trading when you stop coming in.
Blue Mango lists share deals in established SMEs, any trade. It does not list premises, a lease, a licence or goodwill sold on their own. A restaurant or retail group with staff and accounts belongs here; a single counter sold with its lease belongs on a classifieds or property site, and we will say which ones.
How it goes
You submit, free
Company, BRN, sector, region, three years of turnover, staff, asking price, why you are selling, and your accounts. Nothing is public and nothing is paid.
We run the admission check
BRN against the public registry, accounts read, turnover and payroll compared, transferability assessed. You hear within one working day, pass or refuse, with reasons.
On a pass, you pay for the listing
Rs 7,500 one time, live for 6 months. After the pass, never before — nobody pays to be refused.
The listing goes live, anonymised
No company name, no address, no photograph that identifies your premises. Enquiries arrive at your address with the buyer's profile attached, and you release your identity when you choose.
Start a submission
One screen. It takes about ten minutes if your accounts are to hand, and we answer within one working day.
