- Restaurant groups, catering, food service or accommodation run as a company, not as a counter.

What does not belong here
A single restaurant or takeaway sold with its lease and its fittings. Shops and restaurants are real companies; what is excluded is the deal shape, and classifieds and property sites serve it well.
What to ask beyond the admission check
- Tourism, liquor and food handling licences, and how each one is affected by a share transfer.
- Every lease in the company: term, rent, review dates, and whether the landlord must consent.
- Seasonality across three years, month by month, not a single annual figure.
- Staff length of service, because accrued liabilities travel with the company.
