Manufacturing companies for sale in Mauritius
A plastics workshop in Coromandel, a food processor in Plaines Wilhems, a textile unit in the north. Here they are sold as companies, with the machines, the staff and the accounts in one transaction.

No company in this sector has cleared the admission check yet.
Nothing is published before it passes, so this page is empty rather than padded. Tell us what you are looking for and you will hear the day one clears it.
What belongs here
- A registered company with a BRN, two years of accounts, turnover from Rs 12M and employees on payroll.
- Plant and machinery owned or leased by the company, with the lease transferring on the share sale.
- Production that keeps running when the owner stops coming in — a foreman, a plant manager, written processes.
What does not belong here
A workshop's machines sold as equipment, or a factory unit sold with its lease and nothing else. That is a premises-and-goodwill deal and classifieds and property sites serve it well.
What to ask beyond the admission check
- The age and replacement cost of the main machines, and what maintenance is deferred.
- Whether the industrial lease or building is owned by the company or by the owner personally.
- Customer concentration: how much of turnover sits with the largest two buyers.
- Whether any export or manufacturing incentive is attached to the company rather than the owner.
Be told when one clears the check
One email when a company in this sector passes the admission check. Nothing else, and no payment at any point.
